Refund and Exchange Policy

REFUNDS -The Rio Grande Theatre will refund tickets up to showtime of the event for any reason. To obtain a refund please submit the tickets and refund request here prior to the event date. No refunds will be issued day of performances or after performances. 

EXCHANGES – If tickets were purchased for the wrong date the Rio Grande Theatre reserves the right to approve or deny any and all exchanges. Exchanges will only be honored if they are for the same event just a different showing and must be approved by the Rio Grande Theatre. To request a ticket exchange please submit the tickets you would like exchanged and the date and showing you would like instead here . Not all exchanges may be approved and are determined on a per performance basis.
